An Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ secondary school in West London is seeking recent graduates to join the support staff team as Teaching Assistants. The school ideally wants a graduates with good degree in either English, Maths, Science, or a related subject. This is a warm and welcoming school with a vibrant learning community and they are keen find a dynamic individual with a creative flair for working with children and teachers in class, and on a one-to-one basis. The role is ideal for those looking to gain classroom experience and for those with the ambition of becoming teacher. The role will require you to:

- Support the educational and social development of the children.

- Assist children that need additional support on a one-to-one basis.

- Supervise group activities.

- Take part in training if required.  

 

The ideal candidates must:

- Ideally be a recent graduate with an English, Maths, Science or related degree.

- Have a creative flair for working with children and teachers.

- Be compassionate to the needs and requirements of children and teachers.
