Horizon Teacher are looking for an exceptional school receptionist who has experience using SIMS to work in a friendly Secondary school based in the borough of Hillingdon, West London. The role of school receptionist is initially a temporary position with the intention that it becomes long term or even permanent. As a school receptionist you will also have administration responsibilities. You will be working in the school office as well as other departments in the school. You will be part of a large team of support staff and play an integral part in the schools' administrative core.

Working in a school requires you to have a working knowledge of SIMS and have strong organisational and communication skills. There will be face to face interaction with pupils, teachers, parents, and members of staff.

This is a temporary position working at the school and would suit someone looking for a new challenging role. The school could consider a permanent role for an exceptional individual in the future. The school wish to appoint soon so applicants must be able to interview ASAP.

School Support Worker

Horizon Teachers are currently looking for individuals to assist in schools as Student Support Workers.We are working with a Great Community based secondary school in Outer West London ( Hillingdon) who are looking for a team of individuals who are able to assist in the development and safeguarding of their pupils. This would be a full time role and would require individuals to assist in the administration of Covid 19 tests to staff and pupils. The role is to support in the testing and monitoring of the school population due to the global Covid 19 Pandemic. Training will be provided by the school under guidelines from the government and all equipment will be provided. This role would play a key part in the schools safeguarding. Individuals with a science background would be looked upon favourably. If you consider yourself to be organised and able to work as a team then this role will be for you. School support worker

£10 - £11 per hour
