Office Administrator



We are looking to appoint an interim Administrative Officer to join a very busy Primary school office.

You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks in the school office. The role involves supporting the School Business Manager with day to day financial management, managing attendance records, issuing orders, processing invoices and other related tasks.

-This is an interim role to start ASAP
-possibility of contract being extended
-Monday to Friday- 8am to 4pm

To be considered you should ideally be able to demonstrate:
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• IT skills. Knowledge of SIMs and FMS software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Evidence of working as part of a team
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Experience of administrative work in a busy office, ideally in a school/educational environment, would benefit.
