Nursery Nurse

East London

£60 -£80

A position has become available for a fully qualified Nursery Nurse to work in Nursery School and Children's Centre based in East London.

The role is based in the Children's Centre with staff who is fully committed to the progression of the centre. You will be required to work with Children between the ages of 3-5 on a full time basis. Our ideal candidate will be a qualified Nursery Nurse and have the ability to conduct observations. Responsibilities will include personal care duties such as feeding and changing.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience working with Early Years and have an up to date knowledge of the EYFS. You are required to have a qualification to work as a Nursery Nurse; such as a CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 2 / NNEB, a degree in Early Childhood Studies, or an equivalent qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must and you should be confident in your ability to support SEN children and children with English as an additional language (EAL).

Nursery Nurse

Nursery Nurse• Nursery School and Children's Centre based in Wood Green• Nursery class (3 to 4 year olds)• Full Time hours - 8.15am to 4pm Monday to Friday term time only• Close to Tottenham Court Road station• Long Term position until the end of the academic yearThe school are seeking a qualified Nursery Nurse, with a minimum level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent, who has a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and experience of Key Worker responsibilities, observations and report writing. Applicants with a good working knowledge of Special Educational Needs will be preferred.The position is due to start on 21st November but the School are willing to wait for the right person. There is also the opportunity for applicants to gain Short Term work in this setting to cover staff sickness which enables you to see the setting first hand before committing on a Long Term basis.This is a Multicultural, Inclusive setting which positively welcomes all children and families.
