A thriving 11-18 Secondary school located in the borough of Redbridge is looking to appoint a teacher of Music to cover a Maternity leave. This role is to start after the February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding community based secondary school. The school provides a strong core of traditional subjects from year 7 to 13. Staff and students work well together and with the Schools best ever set of GCSE and A Level results in 2019 the school are now looking forward.

The School wish to appoint a well-qualified and dynamic teacher of music who is able to join their strong Music department. As a teacher of Music at the school you would be delivering lessons to KS3, 4 and 5 students. The role is to start in February 202 and will be to work of a whole calendar year.

The School is a thriving 11-18 comprehensive school based in the heart of East London. The school has a strong Ofsted report and improving results. The School has excellent transport links and can be easily accessed by public transport and road. The Music department is a key department in the school, Performing arts take pride of place in the school with a wide range of extra-curricular clubs for music offered. Equipment and facilities are all modern and you will be teaching in a modern well-resourced space.

The ideal teacher for this position would have;
• Experience of teaching Music to KS3, 4 and 5.
• A record of excellence within teaching
• Taught recently in a secondary school
• Outstanding references available.
