A thriving 11-18 Secondary school located in the borough of Redbridge is looking to appoint a teacher of Music to start in September 2018. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding community based secondary school. The school provides a strong core of traditional subjects from year 7 to 13. They are now looking for a passionate, creative and dynamic Music teacher to join the excellent Music department. At the school staff and students work well together and with the Schools best ever set of GCSE and A Level results in 2017 the school are now looking forward to a great future.
The School wish to appoint a well-qualified and dynamic teacher of Music who is able to join their strong Music department. As a teacher of Music you would be delivering lessons to KS3, 4 and 5 students. Music at the school is taught in a creative environment with students able to create and perform using a wide range of instruments and having access to the latest technology. You will be teaching GCSE as well as some A Level lessons. The role is initially to start in September and work for 2 terms but the school have said that there is the possibility of a permanent contract in January 2019.
The ideal teacher for this position would have experience of teaching Music to KS3 and 4 and a record of outstanding classroom practice. The role would suit teachers in any stage of their career.
