Horizon Teachers are recruiting for a Maths Teacher to work in a school in Bexley starting in September.
The school is a brand new purpose-built special school for children with social, emotional, behavioural and mental health needs, with a therapeutic approach. It has places for between 77 and 112 children and young people, catering for Year 1 to Year 11. Ofsted graded the school good overall and noted the school has high expectations for its pupils' education and wants them to excel beyond their lessons. They believe that their pupils need to learn, grow and thrive to be successful regardless of their starting point.

Key Skills Required
• Hold a nationally recognised degree and relevant qualified teaching status (QTS)
• Have proven experience of teaching in a Secondary setting KS3 and KS4
• Be experienced working within an SEN setting, ideally with SEMH although not essential
