A ‘good´ mixed comprehensive school in Richmond are looking to recruit a Maths Teacher to join their successful team from January 2018.
Having received ‘good´ in their most recent Ofsted, it was stated that ‘achievement is good – the great majority of students make strong progress through both key stages. The percentage of students attaining five or more GCSE passes at Grade A* - C including Maths and English is consistently above average. Behaviour is good with the vast majority of students having positive attitudes towards learning and their behaviour in lessons and around the school is very orderly – they show respect and courtesy to others.’

They are looking for a Maths Teacher who has a passionate commitment to an inclusive education that meets the needs of all its students. There is a clear purpose to provide a high quality learning experience and it is important that all staff share, follow and believe in this.
They require a Maths Teacher to cover a full time-table for two terms from January 2018. You will be joining a team of 12 permanent specialist teachers including a strong team of experienced A-Level teachers. You will be teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4. With there being such a strong team around you, NQT’s are welcomed. The team work very closely together to ensure the children are provided with engaging, innovative lessons that challenge them academically.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- PGCE in Maths
- UK experience of teaching Maths to KS4
