Learning Support Assistant

Redbridge

£60 - £90

We are currently working with an Ofsted rated Outstanding' school in the Redbridge area area who are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to joint their team of support staff. You will ideally have experience of dealing with Children that have Social Mental and Emotional Health in KS2.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of working with pupils and raising achievement and the ability to inspire and motivate them
• Training and experience of working with Children with SEND
• To support in class as well as leading 1:1 and small group intervention activities
• To be organised and able to take initiative
• To be a good team worker with an optimistic and positive outlook.
• is firm, kind, patient, consistent and approachable
• is friendly, ready to join in and engage with learning with the children
• has English and Maths Grade C GCSE or equivalent (essential)
• has NVQ Level 2 (or above)
