Horizon Teachers are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the nursery class of a lovely and progressive school in Wembley!

The school focuses on providing the best environment for all children to prosper, both socially and academically. The staff team teach alongside a broad, balanced and creative curriculum, and believe that emphasis on the study of subjects in depth is a key feature of the school's academic success. A key aim of the school is to provide every student with the knowledge, skills, self-belief and motivation to be successful in their learning and lives, and it provides opportunities to promote enrichment to learning.

The school are looking for an energetic TA to provide 1:1 support to a child in the nursery class, who has autism. Previous experience working with children with autism is desirable, and experience working in early years is essential. You will help him with anything that he is struggling with, including providing emotional and social support. You will also offer general assistance to the Teacher in regards to preparing resources and the classroom, ensuring that everything is ready for the pupils.
