We are working with a highly respected and community focused Ofsted "Outstanding" Secondary school located in Tower Hamlets. The school is looking for Graduates to work in their Support Department as Learning Support Assistants. This is an exciting role to use your degree and enhance the education of the students you work with. You will be playing a key role in the education and progress of students at the school through targeted work and collaborative intervention.
The school are looking for passionate committed and driven graduates who want to work in a school setting to teach and support students. This role would suit someone who has a passion for education and who is possibly thinking about teaching in September 2019. You will be supporting the Additional Educational Needs department and as directed by the SENCO and you will have a instrumental impact upon the development of all students.
The school is an Outstanding mixed Secondary school located in central Tower Hamlets, Easily accessible by Public transport the school has a great reputation in the local area and links to some of the best Universities in London. This ensures staff have access to the highest levels of training and work in a calm modern building designed to enhance the learning of students. This role could also give the opportunity to train to teach at the school through their Schools Direct programme. The school look to invest in staff and will provide weekly training.
The school are looking for applicants from individuals who have;
- A degree
- A passion for education the desire to pass this on to others.
- Experience as a tutor or within a school setting 9desirable but not essential)
- Want to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Can commit to a role through to July 2019.
