Students are very well behaved thanks to effective behaviour management systems they have in place.

The school is very proactive in everything they do, the right person for this role will want to become a teacher in the future as this is the perfect opportunity to gain practical experience while being guided in the right direction by other teachers.
The right person will also be offered the opportunity to join a Teach First programme through the school which will help you become the teacher you want to be.

To be considered for this role you will need the following;
A degree 2:1 or Higher
A real desire to become a teacher of the future
Positive can do attitude
Experience of working with children (desired not essential)
