This successful primary school based in Southwark, Outer West London are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join them on an ongoing contract. The school aim to create a safe, stimulating environment with a positive ethos for pupils to reach their full potential. It is important that everyone in the school feels valued and happy, the current team are caring and hardworking therefore the school are looking for someone of similar nature to join them. The role is working with a year 5 class, the school want someone who is committed and available full time, in term time the hours will be 8:30am to 4pm. You will be required to work alongside the class teacher, supporting, preparing and supervising the class in lessons, during activities and at lunch times. You will need to be confident enough to support pupils 1 to 1 in core subjects such as literacy and numeracy.
