JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to appoint an interim  Receptionist to join a busy Primary school office in Victoria

You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks in the school office but mainly front of house duties such as:

  • Welcoming/signing in visitiors
  • Answering phones and managing the swithboard
  • Tracking student attendance
  • Maintain and update the school's management information system (SIMS.net)
  • And other related tasks

- This is an interim role to start ASAP until the end of term (July) with a prospect of becoming permanent

- Monday to Friday- 10am to 2pm (May increase)

- Central London location

To be considered you should ideally be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • IT skills.  Knowledge of SIMs is not essential but would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Experience of administrative work in a busy office, ideally in a school/educational environment, would benefit.
