The Academy are seeking a driven, innovative and highly motivated classroom teacher looking to join a dedicated and successful Expressive Arts department. The Expressive Arts department prides itself on its co-operative and collegiate approach to teaching, learning and assessment, and consistently strives to deliver the best education for all students. The Academy are committed to students' holistic development, therefore ensure all students at KS3 have access to all facets of Expressive Arts including Food Technology. The Academy is passionate about integrating technology in the classroom and has recently invested in a state of the art industry standard catering suite
We are looking for the following in a Food Technology Teacher:
• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or overseas trained with a relevant undergraduate degree
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4
• Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge
• Proven track record of raising attainment and keeping standards high
• A passion in delivering lessons in innovative ways
