What you’ll do as a Teacher Relationship Manager…

You will work as part of a fast paced team that covers Teaching staff across all sectors of Education which is a lot!  You will spend your time speaking to active candidates and building relationships with passive candidates.

The role will be varied with the opportunity to play a key role in:

  • Our branding
  • Supporting with events
  • Networking
  • Creative input with advertising, social media and marketing.

We need someone who is…

A team player, self-motivated and driven, with a keen interest of working in a recruitment. 

You should be passionate about education, love speaking to people and making a positive change to Teachers’ careers and children’s education. Experience is not necessary, but having lots of energy is!

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication and be super organised

You can expect a basic salary from £22-28k, termly bonuses, full or part time days/hours, up to 35 days holidays, reduced hours in school holidays, healthcare, subsidised gym, free breakfast, half termly activity based company fun days out, iPhone 7, laptop (if needed), option to work from home, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and child care vouchers.

Candidate Manager

£20,000 - £28,000 per annum
Are you a qualified Teacher looking for a change of environment?   Would you like to leave the classroom but stay working in Education?   What we are looking for Horizon Teachers are recruiting a Candidate Manager to source the best Teachers & Graduate Support Staff for temporary and permanent posts throughout London and the South East. Part of your role will also include using a professional LinkedIn package for the strategic sourcing of both UK and overseas teachers and NQTs. About the role This role is very rewarding and extremely varied, and also includes staying on top of all changes and developments in the world of education, and communicating this to all our staff and candidates.   We provide relevant, professional training workshops to our candidates by either organising and delivering this ourselves, or identifying and employing professionals from Schools to come and deliver the workshops. Sourcing Teachers for school roles is also an integral part of the job. You will be responsible for sourcing Teachers and specialist support staff through a wide variety of mediums, including: Over the phone and face-to-face  Advertising Social media Recruitment fairs Training and social events Generating referrals ...and lots of innovative ideas!
