A 2 form entry primary school in East London, recognised at ‘Good’ by OFSTED is seeking a HLTA to join their team from September.

This is a full time permanent role. 

The school has been on a journey to become one of the highest performing schools in the borough, with strong leadership and is proudly a member of the Mayors London schools Gold Club.

We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with computing experience

Duties will include:

  • Planning and delivering computing lessons across the school from Early years to Year 6.
  • To work collaboratively with teaching staff in the planning cycle
  • Supporting students with special educational needs
  • To contribute with assessments, reporting of achievements, progress and development.

Ideally applicants will have:

  • A sound understanding of primary Computing curriculum
  • A relevant HLTA qualification, Education degree or similar
