The school has a vibrant learning community where staff and students are valued, respected, and cared for. You will be joining a friendly team of Teaching Assistants are welcoming and form a close knit team. Training, support, and guidance will be provided by Horizon Teachers and the school.
Your role as a Teaching Assistant will be to support teachers and their students with additional needs, especially in English. It is an extremely rewarding role where you have a significant role in supporting these students, giving them confidence and raising their attainment. If you are thinking of becoming a teacher, the school will provide a full academic years' work which will allow you to gain valuable experience and support your teaching training applications. The school has an exceptional teacher training program which you will be given priority to enrol onto.

We would love to hear from the following Teaching Assistant:
• Passion for supporting children with English
• Enthusiastic, pro-active, and confident
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience of working with children (in-school, tutoring, mentoring etc.)
• Has a 2.1 English degree or above
