Are you an enthusiastic Psychology graduate who is looking for a new and exciting role in education and a behaviour and pastoral support worker?

Horizon Teachers is currently working with a well-known academy in the borough of Westminster who are looking for Psychology graduates to join their behaviour team as a behaviour and pastoral support worker in September.

The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the inclusion team in meeting the welfare and pastoral needs of students, home-school liaison and partnership links with support agencies, co-ordinating all aspects of learning and the development of independent learners within a year group in order to lay the foundations for successful academic career in preparation for the future.

The main areas of responsibility would be; to contribute to the emotional, physical, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of all students through the delivery of variety of interventions.
To promote the academy’s values in accordance with the academy’s behaviour for learning policy, to ensure that all student attendance and punctuality is outstanding, following up concerns as appropriate with urgency.
