Are you a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour/Learning Mentor, Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role?

This role is working 1:1 with a boy in Year 3. We are looking for someone who has experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and/or SEN (in particular Autism and ADHD).

An established, 2 form entry primary school with goal to deliver a broad and rich curriculum to its children and provide them with opportunities to explore, enquire and reflect.

  • An understanding of how to manage challenging behaviour and have the skills to implement strategies with support from senior team members.

  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • A positive impact on learning for primary aged children
  • Be innovative, highly motivated and eager to take a lead
