We are currently working with a large secondary school based in Wandsworth who are looking to appoint a Pathway Support Mentor. This role is a key position in the school and would consist of working with students in the school to advise and prepare them for their future in Education. The role would be working with pupils across the school.

The main roles of this position would be to support pupils in their learning out of the classroom. You will be working in a controlled calm environment with pupils who need additional support. The role would be ensuring behaviour is calm, work is completed and pupils are progressing.

You will also be responsible for;
Ensuring a smooth and orderly environment
§ Liaising with teachers to organise work for students
§ Collecting students at the beginning of the day
§ Completing all relevant paperwork and data entry
§ Mentoring students in the Pathway Centre on an ad hoc basis
