Horizon Teachers are looking for an experienced School Admin Assistant to join a lovely Primary school based in Lambeth on a long term basis until the end of the academic year.
The school has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where the children are excited to learn, with friendly and supportive staff. The role will entail working closely with Senior Leadership to organise and support administrative and support staff and be responsible for undertaking financial and organisational processes throughout the school.
The role is ideal for someone with the following experience:
• Knowledge of School systems including SIMS, RM finance and Parent Mail
• Liaise with staff, supplies and parents
• Maintain company procedures and systems including health and safety
• Co-ordinate office activities and school events
• Manage internal databases
• Creating and paying invoices
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries
• Perform other administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties as needed
