Horizon Teachers is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work within a dynamic and well committed Learning Support Department from September 2020. This will be an Outstanding opportunity for you to join an Outstanding Secondary School and Support pupils in ther Education. The position is a long term role for the whole school year, it will allow you to develop the skill needed to progress into a career in Education. The successful individual will be based in the SEN department supporting all subject areas, a specialism in Science or Maths would be desirable but not essential. You will be supporting small groups of KS3/4 pupils with their education.

The successful candidate will need to be confident, enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate the ability to work with KS3/KS4. You will have experience, commitment and ability to work with students, parents or carers, teaching and support staff as well as other agencies. The school offers a solid CPD program and give the opportunity for the schools direct program for future teachers.
