Salary: £75-£100 per day
Horizon Teachers is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work within a dynamic and well committed Learning Support Department. The position is a temporary contract to start in ASAP in an Excellent Secondary School in Southwark. The successful candidate will be based in the SEN department supporting all subject areas, a specialism in Science or Maths would be desirable but not essential. You will be supporting small groups of KS3/4 pupils with their education.

The SENCO is looking for a candidate who can bring proactivity/ flexibility and be a good team member for highly successful department.
The successful candidate will need to be confident, enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate the ability to work with KS3/KS4. You will have experience, commitment and ability to work with students, parents or carers, teaching and support staff as well as other agencies. The school offers a solid CPD program and give the opportunity for the schools direct program for future teachers. You will need a DBS check less than 3 years old or be willing to do a new on quickly with us.
