The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 3 class, you will be working throughout the four classes and have a structured timetable supporting both 1:1 and group/classes. The existing staff are very supportive and encouraging, the school are looking for someone who has these qualities and someone who is also keen to get involved with all aspects of the school.
The positon is full time, 5 days a week from 8:30am to 4:00pm, the role offers a daily rate between £60 and £85. The school are looking for someone who can commit until the end of the academic year, for someone who is devoted to pupil development and keen to get involved in all aspects of school life. As a teaching assistant it will be important that you can support pupils in all lessons, when swimming, at lunch times and also during therapy sessions when needed. It is important to the school that you are passionate about working in complex needs and also have a real understanding of special needs.
