Maths Teacher- second in charge.

Location- Croydon

Mixed Secondary School, ages 11-18.

Main/Upper pay scale plus TLR for suitable candidates

Immediate start.

Permanent, full-time role.

 

Horizon Teachers are working with a great school in Croydon, who need a Maths Teacher to be second in charge for the department. It will involve teaching students of all ages, and different abilities, creating a positive and enhanced learning environment. You will join this school in its journey towards becoming an Outstanding school, aiding the students in their path to success.

As second in charge of this department the role may also include pastoral care within the department, an area which the school are particularly interested in, as well as the opportunity to be involved in extra-curricular activities, whilst always promoting mutual respect and cultural awareness.

Experience as a teacher of Maths is essential, with experience of leading a team of teachers not being necessary but would be beneficial.
