This mixed Academy in South East London educates and supports key stage 3 and 4 students with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties (SEBD). The Headteacher is looking for a Creative Arts Teacher who can engage and motivate students to participate and succeed in lessons. The position would suit a Secondary trained teacher who can plan and deliver lessons in one or more of the following areas:
To be successful in this role you must:
• Have QTS
• Have a genuine interest in teaching children with SEBD
• Be assertive and be able to react and adapt to situations quickly
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons which aim to remove barriers to learning
• Be able to contribute to whole school ideas relating to student behaviour
