Are you an experienced HLTA who is looking for a new and exciting role to start in September?

Horizon Teachers is currently working alongside a well-known secondary school in the borough of Enfield who are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join them in September, This is an excellent opportunity to join an inspirational school where ‘Students’ Attitudes to others and to their learning are outstanding.

The purpose of a HLTA is to work collaboratively with teaching staff and share in their responsibility for the development and education of all pupils by utilising advanced levels or knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing classes.

The school is extremely proud of their students and their successes and achievements in recent years.

To be successful in your application you will have the following;

  • Educated to a degree level
  • Good communication both verbal and written
  • Positive can do attitude
  • The ability to engage with and inspire young people
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience as a teaching assistant/HLTA
  • September availability
