Horizon Teachers is currently working alongside a good secondary school in the borough of Barnet who is looking for a dynamic graduate to join their SEN department as a teaching assistant.

They are looking for an individual who is proactive, has a positive attitude and enthusiastic towards the work they do.
You will be support students in KS3 and will be given a full induction from day one, you will be offered full support throughout your time at the school, this position is ideally for an individual who is looking to become a teacher in the future and is looking to gain some fantastic experience alongside experienced staff with lots of knowledge to offer to help you in your career.
Noted in their latest Ofsted report ‘Students’ behaviour is excellent their superb attitudes towards learning play a key part in the good progress they make they feel safe, Teachers plan their lessons very well and make use of the excellent information they have about their classes and usually make sure the work is matched to the needs of all students, they have exceptional subject knowledge, Teaching is most subject areas is good, and sometimes outstanding’.
