Learning Support Assistant – Nursery

Horizon Teachers are working with a lovely school in Camden who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their nursery class. The school is committed to delivering excellent teaching, which, in turn, leads to high academic achievement. The staff team work hard to provide an environment where all its pupils feel happy, safe and able to express themselves. They encourage children to take risks in their learning and ensure that they develop a deep-rooted thirst for knowledge. Pupils are prepared for future life through engaging and exciting lessons which help their development.

Your role will be to work one-to-one with a child who has Autism, as a Learning Support Assistant. You will provide a nurturing, kind and safe environment to the pupil, and motivate him to work to his full potential. You will receive plenty of support from the Class Teacher and the rest of the Staff Team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about enhancing children’s education and is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling position in the education sector.
