The school are looking for a dynamic individual who would be able to supervise classes and support students using prepared resources during teacher absences.
To supervise and support students as required with their studies outside of normal lessons and to establish an appropriate learning environment conducive to learning.
At all times to maintain the quality of learning in lessons where the classroom teacher is not able to be present.

The school is fully committed to ensuring pupils receive the best quality lessons whether their normal classroom teacher is there or not, the school will therefore provide support for cover supervisors to ensure they have the same opportunities to improve their classroom practice as classroom teachers do.
