JOB DESCRIPTION

A permanent position is available for an experienced MFL Teacher at a successful and popular Primary School in Islington, starting in September 2018.

You will be working on a part time basis, for either 4 or 5 afternoons per week. The timetable has not yet been confirmed, so they are able to be flexible on this, and could offer mornings for the right person.

The Role
You will be delivering MFL lessons to the KS2 children during the Class Teacher's PPA time. You will be working with whole classes, but may occasionally do some small group work with children on an ad hoc basis.

This year, the children in Years 3 to 6 have been learning Spanish. The Headteacher is open to hearing from Teachers of other languages, such as French or Mandarin, as they are able to change the language taught for the right person.

This role would be ideally suited to a Qualified Primary Teacher (with QTS) who is passionate about languages. Having had previous experience of teaching languages to Primary students is essential.
