JOB DESCRIPTION

An upper KS2 Teacher is required at a Good 2 form entry Primary School in Haringey. The position is to start in September 2018. This is a full time, permanent position and will be paid to scale.

The position will be based in either the Year 5 or 6 class. The Headteacher will discuss this with you at interview stage, depending on your strengths and experience.

The school strives to create a happy, caring and welcoming environment for both the students and the staff. The leadership team and teaching staff set high expectations of the students, in a very creative learning environment. The ideal person for this position will be
• A qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent overseas qualification)
• A hardworking and dedicated classroom practitioner
• Experienced in teaching upper KS2, with a good knowledge of the UK curriculum
• Able to work well as part of the team
• Available on a full time basis

There is staff parking on site at the school, and a tube station on the Piccadilly line is a short walk away. In addition, there is a London Overground station close by, providing connections to Kings Cross and Liverpool Street.
