Horizon Teachers is currently working with a well-known Academy in the borough of Brent who are looking for a dynamic individual to join them in September as a pastoral support assistant.
This role involves dealing with a variety of people at all levels, so effective communication and interpersonal skills are highly desirable.

The main duties of a PSA are to assist children in pastoral development, welfare and putting students through their school journey, you will be supported by an experienced department head and will gain training in becoming a designated safeguarding individual so an interest in contributing to the school’s extra-curricular life is highly desirable.
