Are you a proactive and enthusiastic graduate who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity as a teaching assistant in a well-known school?
Horizon Teachers is currently working with a good rated secondary school based in the borough of Barnet who are looking to appoint a passionate teaching assistant to join the schools highly committed inclusion team.
The school has recently invested over £3 million in refurbishing the site, so that the school itself as well as the classrooms are not bright and welcoming spaces.
You will be working collaboratively within the SEN department to ensure that all students with an education, health and care plan to gain full access to the curriculum and to work with other identified students within designated curriculum areas.
You will be fully integrated as soon as possible with all colleagues in the school (Teaching and non-teaching) and therefore, be familiar with issues relating to the day-to-day running of the school, such as fire drill procedures, registration and briefing.
