You do not need to hold qualified Teacher Status to be successful in this role however you must have experience teaching History in a School setting.

Part Time History Teacher

£28,355 - £44,542 per annum
Horizon Teachers are working with an Outstanding Mixed Secondary School who wish to appoint a part-time teacher (0.6) of History to work in their successful History department where GCSE results are significantly above average. The school are looking for a driven History Teacher who will be able to teach History at KS3, 4 and 5. This is an exceptional school where pupils achieve well above the national average. The school will accept applications from experience teachers and NQTs. About the History department;At KS3 the school follow the national curriculum in mixed groups. At KS4 the school teach the AQA syllabus. In Year 10, Health and the People and Elizabethan England are studied and in Year 11 the topics are Germany 1890-1945 and the Cold War 1945-1972.
