A Pupil Referral Unit in Brent who specialise in meeting the educational needs of children and young people with challenging behaviour are seeking an English Teacher to start as soon as possible.

The school focus on the individual learning needs of every pupil so that their teaching encourages them forward in their development and to personalise learning and promote independence for all pupils.

Head of English

This forward thinking specialist unit for pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties are seeking an enthusiastic Head of English to start a permanent position to start in September . The role would be to lead the Department. The school caters for pupils who have been excluded from mainstream schools and offers respite for those who are at risk of being excluded. The focus is on supporting and enabling children to return to mainstream education. The children at this school may have gaps in their learning so the attention will be on closing those gaps, often through non-class based learning.
