Data and Examinations Manager
Enfield

Salary - Dependant on experience - Up to £28,000 per annum

Horizon Teachers is currently looking for a Data and Examinations Manager to join an Ofsted Good and oversubscribed 11-16 comprehensive school in Enfield.

This is a Permanent position and the school wish to appoint immediately. As the principle SIMS expert for the school, the successful Data and Examinations Manager will have prior experience with both data set management within SIMS, and exam and results' day experience. Your key responsibilities will include co-ordinating all areas of the school's management information systems to prepare strategic and operational data and analysis reports, and to ensure that all statutory requirements are met within the required timeframes.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
• Hold a good standard of education and either a secretarial or IT qualification (essential)
• Have at least three years' experience in an office based administrative role within a school (essential)
• Have the ability to proof read consistently and accurately and manage complex information systems
• Competency with Data Knowledge and SIMS (essential)
• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
• Recent classroom-based references at an outstanding level and valid DBS/police checks

Head of Exams and Data management. Location – Haringey Girls Secondary School, ages 11-16. £80- £100 per day starting pay. Immediate start, Permanent role. Are you an organised individual with strong communication skills? Are you able to manage both yourself and a team of officers? The role will involve working closely with senior leadership, as well as liaising with the rest of the staff and students. As head of exams and data management you will be part of the process of running exams and will need to ensure your team are working to deadlines. The role of exams and data manager involves working alongside the department teachers, as well as the students whilst they undertake exams. This role requires past experience in a similar field, preferably in an education setting, but more specifically as an exams and data manager. Office Manager

£23,000 - £28,000 per annum
Interim School Office Manager We are looking for an interim office manager for an Early Years Centre in Southwark. You will be co-ordination all administrative functions to assist the smooth running of the school.Be responsible for all aspects of the school admission procedures. As part of your duties, you are expected to work in conjunction with the School Business manager and Senior leadership team. Some of the duties you will be expected to undertake are:• To be responsible for assisting in managing the school office.• To deputise for the School Business Manager in their absence.• To be responsible for the maintenance of various school computerised databases of pupil and staff information.
