Are you an educator seeking a new career path? Are you passionate about enhancing children's education and keen to make a difference in the lives of young children? Do you want to continue to give back, despite stepping away from the classroom? Would you like to use your education knowledge to help to guide and advise other educators on their career journey? Or perhaps you are already working within education recruitment, and you are seeking a delivery focused role in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Or you are working in sales and looking for an entry level role into recruitment?

Horizon Teachers places teaching staff across all sectors of education within London and the Home Counties and this role will be to work specifically within the Special Educational Needs Team.

This is a challenging, varied, and fast paced role. You will be tasked with sourcing high quality SEND Teachers and Support Staff to work in daily, long-term, and permanent roles assisting children with special educational needs, across London and the South-East.

The Candidate Manager plays an integral role within the SEND Team, working alongside the Consultants supplying staff to the full range of special schools to include complex needs schools, SEBD schools, pupil referral units, hospital schools, prison schools and SEN provisions within mainstream primary and secondary schools.

You will be joining a team culture which is fun, collaborative, forward thinking and commercially savvy, based in a unique, bright, vibrant open space office in the heart of the City.

If you are a team player, self-motivated and driven, with some sales experience and an interest in working within education recruitment, then we would love to hear from you.
