Horizon Teachers are working with an All Through Special Needs School in the Slough who are seeking a Class Teacher to work with students with profound and multiple learning difficulties join them from as soon as possible.

The school caters for pupils from ages of 2 to 19 with a range of educational needs including pupils with severe learning difficulties with profound and multiple needs. They have recently joined a trust who have a wealth of experience in Special Education Needs & Disabilities, through which the school is able to share the very best practice and ensure all their learners have access to a quality learning experience from Early Years through to age 25 and beyond.

The role would involve working as a ASC teacher (Main Pay Scale Range 1-6 SEN Allowance) who has the drive, creativity and a passion for teaching and learning to join their dedicated and welcoming team. Experience of working with pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential. What is imperative is that you have high expectations, a sense of humour, a love of challenge and a determination to the lives of the fantastic children in the school.

Induction programmes and training will be provided for the successful candidate.
