Key Responsibilities:- Provide pastoral care and support for students in the assigned year group.
- Monitor the academic progress, behaviour, and overall welfare of the cohort.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address any issues impacting students' education and well-being.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and promote a positive learning environment.
- Organise year group activities, assemblies, and events to support students' social and emotional development.
- Act as a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff, offering guidance and resolving concerns.
What We're Looking For:- Experience working in a pastoral role, ideally in a secondary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.
