Horizon Teachers are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant one-form entry primary school based in Chelmsford, Essex. Teachers and staff are the school's greatest asset, and our pupils benefit immensely from great relationships with staff they know and trust.

Key responsibilities:- Establish positive relationships with pupils supported
- Promote positive pupil behaviour in line with school policies and help keep pupils on task
- Participate in planning and evaluation of learning activities with the teacher, providing feedback to the teacher on pupil progress and behaviour
