Horizon Teachers are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school in Hillingdon on a full-time basis starting January 2025. The school caters young people with special educational needs between the ages of 7 and 19 years.

Key Responsibilities:
·Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
·Help implement learning strategies and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
·Support students' social and emotional development, fostering a positive learning environment.
·Collaborate with the SENCO, teaching staff, and parents to ensure consistent support for the student.
·Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports.
