Looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic establishment in the London borough of Haringey
Full time Monday to Friday Between 8.30am-4pm

You will be supporting Teachers in providing the highest quality learning experience for the students. So, the successful applicant would be someone with high expectations for themselves and the students.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills this is really important!
  • Ability to inspire, challenge and motivate colleagues and students.
  • Outstanding classroom management.
  • Highly organized.
  • Able to work effectively and sensitively with families to support pupils in school.
  • Good literacy and fluent spoken English.
  • Working as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous.

Job Description:
As a Teaching assistant, you will be expected to:
  • Teach small groups of students.
  • Provide 1:1 support when necessary.
  • Encourage students' inclusion in the class.
  • Attending and participating in open evenings.
  • Monitor and record student progress.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of support programs by providing regular feedback about the students to the teacher.
