Horizon Teachers have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to work at a school in Bromley on a full-time basis starting September 2024. This is an independent school for Primary and Secondary children with Autism. The school is friendly, vibrant and well-resourced where their team offer a highly differentiated curriculum to children with a wide range of ability and diversity of challenging attributes.

The role
·Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant desirable
·Support the class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
·Provide one to one support or group assistance
·Motivating pupils with SEN
·Assisting with behaviour management
·Strong communication skills and being able to work in a team
